Hello, it’s me… Ha! A little Adele reference to introduce this unique geometric heart sign project!
This project is so easy and pretty! I have plans on hanging this in my office just as soon as I get that done.

- 1 – 5.5″x5.5″ piece of wood

- 1 – 5″x5″ piece of crafting vinyl
- Wood glue

Let’s get started!
Step 1: Stain and Paint
Stain your larger piece of wood with a dark walnut stain and spray paint your smaller piece of wood with gold spray paint. Let these pieces dry completely.
Step 2: Cut out Vinyl Decal
Using your Platinum 6 and Hello Geo Heart Die cut out your decal. Your plate sandwich starting from the bottom will be white plate + acrylic plate + vinyl (color side facing up) + geo heart and hello die set (all pieces) + acrylic plate.
Step 3: Peel and Place Decal
Once you’ve cut your decal, go ahead and peel the backing off and place in the center of your gold wood square. Place your hello decal in the lower right corner.
Step 4: Spray Paint Over Decal
Spray paint the gold square with vinyl decals – white. Let dry completely.
Step 5: Peel Decals
Peel decals off.
Step 6: Attach Pieces Together
Attach white square to stained square with wood glue and four 1.5″ nails from the back.
Step 7: Sand
Lightly sand the edges and face of the white board with fine grit sandpaper.
Step 8: Hardware
Attach hardware and voila! That’s it!
Have a great week!
