In our house we like breakfast for dinner!
This is one of our weekly staples.
These pancakes look, smell, and most importantly ~ taste great!!
Light, fluffy, and delicious.
What you’ll need from the pantry:
2 1/2 C Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Tsp Baking Powder
What you’ll need from the fridge:
1 Tbsp Butter
2 1/4 Milk
Add all dry ingredients to mixing bowl along with your milk, egg, and vanilla.
Melt your butter and slowly add to mix while stirring.
Prep your cast iron skillet, or pan of your choice with butter and cook on medium heat.
This recipe is super forgiving!
If the batter looks a little sticky or thick.. add a little milk.
If your batter looks a little thin or runny, add a little flour.
This recipe will yield about 16-20 – 5″ pancakes.
